OUR RETURNS POLICY

Should you wish to return an item for any reason you must notify Hector Finch Lighting in writing, within 7 days from receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible for the cost and insurance of returning the items and they will remain your responsibility until received by Hector Finch Lighting. Goods must be carefully packed in their original packaging and care taken to minimize damage in transit.

Refunds are for the purchase price only. The refund will be credited to the debit or credit card used to make the purchase.

Please note that Bespoke products (items that are ordered, made or finished to order) are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.

All goods must be examined immediately upon delivery or signed for as Unexamined. In the event of damages please contact us by email sales@hectorfinch.com or telephone 020 7731 8886 within 3 days of receipt. We will request photographic evidence of damage and packaging.
